Mark Roberts is senior vice president of the Note Finance group forWestern Santander Bank. A longtime specialist in complex commercial credit, with deep experience in note financing for private real estate lenders, note buyers and non-performing debt funds, he has an expert grasp of the specialized needs of private lenders and their clients.
Mr. Roberts was previously withWestern Santander Bank’s affiliate, Alliance Bank of Arizona, where he provided cash management and escrow services to mortgage companies and private equity funds.
Based in Raleigh, N.C., Mr. Roberts frequently travels to serve East Coast Note Finance clients.
