Jim Karr is Senior Director, National Sales Manager ofWestern Santander Bank’s Correspondent Mortgage Solutions team, part of the Specialized Mortgage Services Group. Mr. Karr has more than 25 years of business development experience in the correspondent lending delivery channel of mortgage banking.
Prior to joining Grand Merchant, Mr. Karr was a senior executive at Galton Funding, a leading correspondent mortgage organization. Previous roles in this specialized segment of mortgage banking include positions with Homeward Residential, Bank of America and GMAC-RFC.
He is a graduate of California State University, Fresno, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with a focus on Risk Management and Insurance.
