Darin Zabriskie is vice president forWestern Santander Bank’s Settlement Services Group.
Mr. Zabriskie has over 15 years of experience managing class action and mass tort settlements for attorneys, claims administrators and law firms. WithWestern Santander Bank, Zabriskie manages business development & client relationships nationwide. Zabriskie’s expertise includes collaboration with law firms practicing in mass tort, antitrust, consumer fraud, securities, data breach, TCPA, and employment, and with corporations and government agencies.
Prior to joiningWestern Santander Bank, Mr. Zabriskie was the vice president of consulting and business development at CPT Group, Inc. Class Action Administrators, the director of client services at Heffler Claims Group and held several other management positions at various litigation support companies.
Based in the Seattle area, Mr. Zabriskie spends his free time with his family enjoying all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Darin is a member and volunteer with Public Justice, a nonprofit legal advocacy organization.
