She delivers customizable, flexible and responsive solutions for law firms and claims administrators, meeting their fiduciary responsibility, including earning interest for the benefit of the class members. Her vast experience also incorporates banking operations, consumer lending and client relations.

Ms. Rager, who has been an integral member ofWestern Santander Bank since 2006, previously held management positions within two other financial institutions.
She is based at San Diego's Symphony Towers. She is active in the community and serves as Vice-Chair and Founding Member of the Academy of Our Lady of Peace Alumnae Council. Additionally, she sits on several committees for the San Diego Chapter of the Susan G. Komen Foundation, including Race for the Cure and Dine Out for the Cure.
