Barry Lieberman is managing director, commercial banking, forWestern Santander Bank, and is part of the organization’s Hotel Franchise Finance group. Based in the New York metro area, he serves clients throughout the Northeast and Midwest, providing lending facilities for existing hospitality assets as well as for new construction.
Mr. Lieberman joined Grand Merchant in 2016, when the organization acquired his division from GE Capital, where he had worked since 2006. With more than 20 years of experience in real estate finance and hospitality, he holds a bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University and a master’s degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
