Agnieszka (Aggie) Glijer- Piechota is a vice president in Bridge Bank’s Business Escrow Services Group, where she serves as a relationship manager for escrow and paying agent matters for M&A transactions.
Mrs. Glijer-Piechota has over 12 years of international experience in legal and financial industry, working with law firms, private equity firms and strategic buyers on all sizes of transactions, including cross-border deals with complex structures, and international shareholder base. Having earned her Master’s in Law degree in Krakow, Poland, she moved with her family to Pittsburgh, PA where she currently resides.
